About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Stoke-on-Trent. This role focuses on providing high-quality psychological support to individuals undergoing neurological rehabilitation and those with complex care needs.

As part of a collaborative and supportive environment, you’ll deliver a range of psychological assessments and interventions to help clients achieve their rehabilitation goals and enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic and cognitive assessments.
• Deliver individual and group-based psychological interventions tailored to client needs.
• Undertake risk assessments and contribute to the development of care and treatment plans.
• Provide training, consultation, and supervision to staff teams.
• Support service evaluation and development, applying evidence-based practice in all interventions.

Requirements

• Recognised qualifications in Psychology (undergraduate and postgraduate).
• HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist.
• Chartered Psychologist status with the British Psychological Society (BPS) preferred.
• Demonstrated experience applying evidence-based psychological approaches, particularly with clients experiencing neurological or cognitive impairments.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
