About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Stoke-on-Trent. This role focuses on providing high-quality psychological support to individuals undergoing neurological rehabilitation and those with complex care needs.
As part of a collaborative and supportive environment, you’ll deliver a range of psychological assessments and interventions to help clients achieve their rehabilitation goals and enhance their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic and cognitive assessments.
- Deliver individual and group-based psychological interventions tailored to client needs.
- Undertake risk assessments and contribute to the development of care and treatment plans.
- Provide training, consultation, and supervision to staff teams.
- Support service evaluation and development, applying evidence-based practice in all interventions.
Requirements
- Recognised qualifications in Psychology (undergraduate and postgraduate).
- HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist.
- Chartered Psychologist status with the British Psychological Society (BPS) preferred.
- Demonstrated experience applying evidence-based psychological approaches, particularly with clients experiencing neurological or cognitive impairments.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
