You’ll be part of a collaborative engineering team that delivers high-quality, impactful solutions for a wide range of clients — from well-known brands to leading commercial operations.

  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and third parties to meet project goals.
  • Support installation and commissioning works.
  • Develop and deploy energy optimisation strategies.
  • Share knowledge and support team development to strengthen our overall project delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing improvements and satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

  • ECS/CSCS Gold Card holder.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.

Personal qualities:

  • Purpose-driven mindset and proactive attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • High levels of accountability, resilience, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent IT literacy and problem-solving capability.

Core Benefits

  • Competitive salary (dependent on experience).
  • Electric company car (e.g. VW ID.7, Polestar 2/3) or car allowance.
  • EV salary sacrifice scheme and £900 funding for a home charging point.
  • Overtime pay (1.5x or 2x hourly rate depending on day/time).
  • Working away payment: 3.75 hours per night (where applicable).
  • On-call payment: £35 per day outside of working hours.
  • Industry-recognised training and certifications, including N4 Tridium, Distech, Trend, SSTS, SMSTS, and 18th Edition.

  • Life insurance & private medical insurance.
  • Enhanced family leave policies.
  • Cycle-to-work scheme & annual railcard.
  • Annual flu jab and eye test.
  • Sustainability and professional development allowance.
  • 2 paid sustainable travel days per year.
