About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care & Customer Service

  • Conduct hearing assessments and tests, providing expert advice on hearing solutions.
  • Deliver ongoing aftercare as part of the Amplifon aftercare programme.
  • Ensure patients receive a high-quality, professional, and personalised hearing care experience.
  • Act as a clinical role model, supporting colleagues and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Clinic Management & Leadership

  • Manage clinic operations alongside a Customer Care Coordinator, including staffing and scheduling.
  • Plan and organise clinic diaries to balance patient needs with commercial objectives.
  • Monitor clinic KPIs, identifying and addressing underperformance with timely interventions.

Compliance & Standards

  • Ensure adherence to all internal, legal, and professional guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow regulatory standards at all times.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

  • Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser with HCPC registration: Health and Care Professions Council
  • Excellent customer care and service skills
  • Commercial awareness and analytical ability
  • Strong IT literacy and organisational skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Numeracy and time management skills
  • Action-oriented with drive and resilience
  • Desirable Attributes
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Previous commercial experience in a clinical setting
