Position Overview

Mercy Health – Clermont Hospital is seeking dedicated Hospitalist Physicians trained in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine to join our collaborative inpatient care team. This role offers an opportunity to practice in a high-quality, community-focused environment with the support of a nationally recognized system and access to in-house visa specialists for H1B applicants.

Physicians in this role will manage a broad case mix, respond to inpatient emergencies including code situations, and contribute to high-quality patient care within a modern, well-equipped facility.

Key Highlights of the Role

• Average daily encounters: 11
• Open 15-bed ICU
• Hospitalists respond to codes
• Procedure experience preferred
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• H1B visa sponsorship available — filing services and fees fully covered
• Work alongside a robust emergency department and behavioral health services
• EPIC electronic medical record (EMR)
