Job Description
Who We Are
Photoroom began in 2020 after joining Y Combinator, and it has since grown into the leading AI-powered photo-editing platform worldwide. Our mission is simple: give anyone the power to generate studio-grade product imagery in minutes—without needing technical skills or complex equipment.
Today, more than 300 million people use Photoroom, and we process over 5 billion images each year, serving everyone from solo creators to global enterprises like Amazon, DoorDash, and Decathlon. We’re profitable, Series B-funded, remote-friendly, and scaling quickly with a 40% YoY growth target. Our 100+ team members share a passion for craftsmanship, innovation, and building tools that genuinely help businesses succeed.
Opportunity Overview
We’re looking for a Senior or Staff Product Manager to take ownership of our Marketplace & Enterprise product initiatives. You will shape our long-term vision for enterprise imagery workflows, partner directly with clients and internal teams, and help turn complex problems into scalable, impactful product solutions.
This role is ideal for someone experienced in B2B and enterprise environments who thrives at the intersection of product strategy, customer discovery, and technical collaboration.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Define and drive the strategy for marketplace and enterprise product lines, positioning Photoroom as the preferred platform for large-scale visual content creation.
- Work closely with enterprise customers and marketplaces to understand their pain points, operational workflows, and imagery challenges, translating insights into reusable product capabilities.
- Use a combination of market research, user interviews, sales feedback, and product data to shape roadmaps and prioritize initiatives that deliver high value.
- Partner deeply with sales, solutions engineering, and customer success teams to validate ideas, run discovery with clients, and assist in closing enterprise deals when needed.
- Build prototypes using tools like Lovable and v0 to explore potential solutions and align stakeholders quickly.
- Clearly communicate and advocate for product priorities across teams, especially with Machine Learning, Platform, and Infrastructure engineering groups to ensure alignment and execution.
What You Bring
- 7–10+ years in product roles, including at least 4 years in B2B or enterprise product management.
- Comfortable leading discovery directly with clients—working alongside sales and solutions engineering to shape and validate product concepts.
- A track record of working in fast-moving environments where rapid experimentation and weekly feature releases are the norm.
- The ability to distill common patterns across client requests and turn them into scalable product solutions—not just one-off features.
- Strong systems thinker who uses data, frameworks, and structured reasoning to drive decisions and make tradeoffs clear.
- Experience joining sales calls, supporting enterprise cycles, and influencing product direction based on real customer workflows.
- Ability to leverage AI tools for prototyping, ideation, and internal alignment.
- You may not check every box—but if this role excites you, we still want to hear from you.
Benefits & Perks
- Work remotely from anywhere in Europe (within a 3-hour flight of Paris HQ).
- In-person onboarding in Paris (1–2 weeks), quarterly team meetups, yearly offsite, and community events like hackathons and winter gatherings.
- 30 days of paid annual leave, plus public holidays.
- Stock Options / BSPCE to share ownership in our long-term success.
- €1,000 home office grant or €400/month toward coworking spaces.
- €1,000 annual budget for training, courses, and professional development.
- Private health insurance.
- Access to MokaCare for mental health and well-being support.
- Reimbursement for sports and cultural activities.
Relocation support up to €10,000 available for candidates relocating to France (housing help + visa assistance).
(Note: Visa sponsorship is only available for on-site France-based roles.)
