The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Web Frontend Engineer to take ownership of the architectural backbone of our web applications. This role blends technical leadership, hands-on implementation, and a strong focus on performance at scale.

If you love building fast, elegant user experiences and you thrive in an environment where decisions are driven by iteration and impact you’ll feel right at home.

What You’ll Work On

  • Architect and build scalable, maintainable web interfaces using React, TypeScript, and modern tooling.
  • Lead state-management design using MobX or similar observable patterns.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to translate ideas into smooth, intuitive user experiences.
  • Own features from planning to shipping: estimating workload, identifying risks, reviewing complexity, and ensuring quality delivery.
  • Drive performance optimization, including rendering efficiency, load times, and runtime behaviors.
  • Stay ahead of frontend trends and emerging technologies bringing fresh ideas into our ecosystem.
  • Contribute to a diverse and international team of friendly, highly engaged engineers.

Who We’re Looking For

You may be a great fit if:

You’ve built or architected large-scale, high-traffic web apps (e.g., SaaS platforms serving millions of users or developed by large engineering teams).

  • You’re deeply familiar with React.js, component architecture, and modern frontend engineering practices.
  • You have strong experience with MobX, observable patterns, or advanced state-management frameworks.
  • You’re a clear communicator who proactively engages stakeholders and presents work with confidence.
  • You prefer speed of iteration over chasing perfection—and believe that the fastest way to learn is to ship and improve.
  • You approach complex challenges by breaking them down into manageable problems.
  • You may not meet every criterion but you’re passionate, curious, and eager to contribute.

Benefits & Perks

  • Work remotely from anywhere in Europe (within a 3-hour flight of Paris HQ).
  • Company-funded trips: onboarding in Paris, quarterly team meetups, annual offsite, winter events, and hackathons.
  • 30 days paid leave, plus national public holidays.
  • Strong equity compensation (Stock Options / BSPCE).
  • €1,000 home-office setup grant or €400 monthly coworking allowance.
  • €1,000 yearly L&D budget for books, courses, training.
  • Private health insurance coverage.
  • Access to MokaCare for mental-health and wellness support.
  • Reimbursement for sports/cultural activities.
  • Optional relocation assistance (up to €10,000) for roles based in France—including visa and housing help.
