Position Overview

In this strategic customer-facing role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage service agreements end-to-end, and ensure operational and financial performance targets are met. By applying GE Aerospace’s lean methodologies and collaborating closely with our Joint Venture partner Safran, you will help elevate service delivery, fleet stability, and customer engagement.

Core Responsibilities

Program & Contract Leadership

  • Manage profitability, execution, and customer satisfaction for assigned LEAP service contracts.
  • Lead both Time & Material and Service Agreement program activities.
  • Support pre-sales efforts, including contract renewals, custom services, and new proposals.
  • Serve as the primary link between customers and GE internal teams.

Customer & Operations Management

  • Drive timely resolution of customer issues and safeguard fleet availability.
  • Ensure shop visit plans, stability targets, and service delivery goals are met.
  • Oversee coordination with customer service, field support, parts, repair, and other operational groups.
  • Cross-Functional Influence
  • Represent customer needs across engineering, operations, supply chain, and repair teams.
  • Apply GE’s Flight Deck lean framework to improve processes, problem solving, and operational discipline.
  • Provide insights into industry trends and influence business strategy.

Decision Making & Leadership

  • Make informed judgments on complex and urgent commercial/technical issues.
  • Recommend innovative solutions beyond standard parameters.
  • Provide guidance to cross-functional contributors and steer small project groups when needed.
  • Communicate complex concepts clearly and influence stakeholders across the organisation.

Required Qualifications

  • Significant experience in Customer Contract Management, Services, or Program Management within aerospace or a related engineering-led environment.
  • Background comparable to a Master’s degree (or extensive equivalent experience).
  • Substantial experience within GE Aerospace—such as engineering, shop operations, customer support, or services.
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English.
