 Role & Responsibilities

As an RN at AdventHealth Apopka, you will:

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care guided by hospital Standards of Practice and SHARE principles
• Provide emotional, physical, and spiritual support to patients and families
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams through effective communication, problem-solving, and teamwork
• Support the implementation of care plans while supervising and mentoring assigned team members

🎓 Qualifications

To be eligible, candidates must have:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a tertiary hospital setting (100+ beds)
• Licensure: U.S. RN license or successfully pass the NCLEX-RN Exam

English Proficiency (for visa sponsorship):

• IELTS Academic: 7 (Speaking) / 6.5 Overall
• TOEFL iBT: 26 (Speaking) / 89 Overall
• OET accepted
• Exemption if a CGFNS VisaScreen Certificate is provided
• Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) per unit requirements (American Heart Association preferred)
• Effective communication and basic computer skills
