Who We’re Looking For

We want someone who:

  • Holds high standards for quality but is pragmatic in balancing speed vs. precision.
  • Has several years of experience shipping software at scale, in production.
  • Has worked with at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Thrives in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve quickly.
  • Enjoys building and releasing products directly into the hands of customers.

What the Role Involves

  • You’ll report directly to Sam, our CTO and Co-founder, and work side-by-side with an exceptional engineering team.

Your work will include:

  • 1. Building a Product That Solves Real Security Problems
  • Work closely with the founders, engineers, and customers.
  • Shape features based on direct customer feedback and real-world usage.
  • 2. Working Across the Stack
  • Backend primarily in C# on .NET Core 8
  • Infrastructure built via Terraform
  • Frontend components developed using HTMX
  • 3. High-Quality Engineering Foundations

Office-First

We work together in our Central London office—right next to Warren Street Station.

Flexibility (Within Reason)

While we don’t do remote or hybrid roles, we’re relaxed about occasional flexible arrangements (appointments, family visits, travel overlap, etc.).

Working Rhythm

  • Expect a steady 9am–6pm flow.
    There will be moments where you’ll need to dig in outside standard hours, but we also balance that with flexibility, autonomy, and respect for your time.

Compensation

  • £60,000 – £120,000, depending on seniority and experience.
