 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive screenings and evaluations for patients with physical function disorders or wound care needs
• Develop individualized care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards

Administer rehabilitative interventions, including:

• Manual techniques
• Therapeutic exercises
• Ambulation and mobility training
• Modalities and assistive devices
• Wound care
• Provide consultation and education to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory requirements

 Qualifications

• U.S. Physical Therapy license required
• Minimum of 1 year of PT experience, though new graduates are welcome
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer literacy
