Role & Responsibilities
- As a Registered Nurse at AdventHealth Manchester, you will:
- Provide patient-centered care aligned with hospital standards and SHARE principles
- Deliver emotional, physical, and spiritual support to patients and their families
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Communicate clearly, respond to requests, and participate in team problem-solving
- Supervise assigned team members while completing patient care plans
Candidate Qualifications
To be considered, candidates must have:
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a tertiary hospital setting (100+ beds)
- U.S. Nursing License or pass the NCLEX-RN Exam
English proficiency:
- IELTS Academic: 7 (Speaking) / 6.5 Overall
- TOEFL iBT: 26 (Speaking) / 89 Overall
- OET accepted
- Exempt by CGFNS VisaScreen Certificate for visa sponsorship
- BLS and ACLS certifications per unit requirements (American Heart Association preferred)
- Effective communication skills and basic computer proficiency

RNs at AdventHealth Manchester promote and restore patients’ health by collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, completing the nursing process, and implementing individualized care plans.
