Veterinary Surgeon (Part-Time – 20 Hours)
Medivet Maidenbower – West Sussex

A Collaborative Team

You’ll be joining a friendly, established team consisting of:

  • 4 receptionists
  • 2 full-time nurses
  • 4 part-time nurses
  • An experienced all-round Veterinary Surgeon providing surgical support
  • We pride ourselves on teamwork, open communication, and shared clinical standards.

The Role

As part of our clinical team, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality consultations and surgical procedures
  • Create tailored treatment plans in partnership with pet owners
  • Maintain professional and regulatory compliance
  • Contribute positively to team development and shared learning
  • We’re particularly interested in candidates with orthopaedic experience or familiarity with TPLO procedures, though this is not essential.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is registered with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS)
  • Has a minimum of two years’ UK small-animal experience
  • Demonstrates confident communication with clients and colleagues
  • Is committed to maintaining the highest welfare standards
  • Thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment
