About the Role

Henley Business School is seeking an exceptional academic with a strong international research profile and a passion for innovative teaching in Coaching and Organisational Behaviour. This is a full-time, permanent role within the Leadership, Organisations, Behaviour & Reputation (LOBR) division, offering opportunities to teach, research, and contribute to the development of postgraduate and executive education programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver postgraduate teaching on MBA, MSc, and executive education programs using a facilitative and collaborative approach
  • Contribute to curriculum design, innovative pedagogical approaches, and student engagement strategies
  • Lead and participate in high-quality research projects, publications, and international conferences
  • Build and maintain strong student and faculty relationships, providing mentorship and academic support
  • Contribute to departmental and school-wide initiatives, including program leadership and strategic development
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues while working autonomously on research and teaching projects

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Proven experience in postgraduate and executive teaching
  • Outstanding achievements in research and teaching in Coaching, Organisational Behaviour, or related fields
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse student cohorts
  • Ability to work independently, while contributing to teamwork and departmental goals
