Your schedule will be based on unit needs, supporting 24/7 patient care.

 Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse at AdventHealth Winter Garden, you will:

• Deliver patient-centered, compassionate care aligned with hospital standards
• Support patients and families physically, emotionally, and spiritually
• Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to guide patient care plans
• Foster a positive healthcare environment through clear communication and teamwork
• Demonstrate professionalism and reliability while supervising assigned team members

 Required Qualifications

To qualify for international sponsorship, candidates must meet all of the following:

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience in a tertiary hospital (100+ beds)
• Licensure & Exams
• A valid U.S. RN license, or
• A passing score on the NCLEX-RN
• English Proficiency (For Visa Sponsorship)

One of the following exam results is required unless exempted by a CGFNS VisaScreen Certificate:

• IELTS Academic: 7 (Speaking) / 6.5 Overall
• TOEFL iBT: 26 (Speaking) / 89 Overall
• OET accepted
• VisaScreen exemption if applicable
• Certifications
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), depending on the unit
  (American Heart Association strongly preferred)

Additional Skills

• Strong communication—written and verbal
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and electronic charting

 About the Role

Nurses at AdventHealth Winter Garden play a vital part in restoring health and promoting wellness for every patient. RNs collaborate with physicians, contribute to care planning, and serve as advocates for patient needs. You will work under the supervision of your Nurse Manager and charge nurse, with responsibilities varying by unit.
