Mercy Health Clermont Hospital is seeking dedicated Hospitalists to join its high-performing inpatient care team in Batavia, Ohio. This role offers an opportunity to practice in a respected community hospital recognized nationally for quality, while benefiting from strong clinical support, a collaborative culture, and access to experienced in-house visa specialists for H1B sponsorship.
Position Highlights
- Average 11 daily encounters
- Hospitalists provide code response
- Open 15-bed ICU
- Procedures preferred (not required)
- Candidates must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- H1B visa–eligible facility, including full filing support and paid visa processing fees
- Flexible employment options: W-2 or 1099
- Integrated EMR system: Epic
