Pacific Gardens Nursing and Rehab in Fresno, CA is seeking passionate and skilled Physical Therapists to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient screenings and evaluations for individuals with physical function disorders and/or wound care needs.
• Develop and implement individualised care plans that comply with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Deliver skilled, medically necessary interventions, including:
• Manual therapy and therapeutic exercises
• Ambulation training and use of assistive devices
• Modalities and wound care procedures
• Provide patient, family, and caregiver education, including consultation on physical functioning, rehabilitation goals, and care strategies.
• Generate detailed discharge summaries ensuring full compliance with clinical documentation standards.

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Physical Therapy License (PT) is mandatory.
• Minimum of one year of therapy experience, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic computer proficiency for clinical documentation and reporting.
• Availability to work a flexible full-time schedule, supporting work-life balance.
