Role Overview
- Position type: Full-time Otolaryngology (ENT)
- Primary sites: Clifton Springs Hospital & Clinic, with outpatient clinics in Canandaigua and Newark
- Call schedule: Shared, approximately 1:3
- Practice setting: Three outpatient clinic locations with strong growth potential
- Care model: Collaborative, patient-centered, and community-focused
Compensation & Benefits
- Three-year guaranteed base salary with performance-based incentives

- Base salary range: $400,000 – $500,000 annually (pay determined by experience, qualifications, specialty focus, and internal equity)

Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Eligibility for medical licensure in New York State through the New York State Education Department (NYSED)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
- Ability to meet credentialing requirements in accordance with federal and state regulations
