Role Overview

• Position type: Full-time Otolaryngology (ENT)
• Primary sites: Clifton Springs Hospital & Clinic, with outpatient clinics in Canandaigua and Newark
• Call schedule: Shared, approximately 1:3
• Practice setting: Three outpatient clinic locations with strong growth potential
• Care model: Collaborative, patient-centered, and community-focused

Compensation & Benefits

• Three-year guaranteed base salary with performance-based incentives
• Sign-on bonus and loan repayment or loan forgiveness options

• Base salary range: $400,000 – $500,000 annually (pay determined by experience, qualifications, specialty focus, and internal equity)

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Eligibility for medical licensure in New York State through the New York State Education Department (NYSED)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
• Ability to meet credentialing requirements in accordance with federal and state regulations
