About the Role

Citygate Volkswagen & ŠKODA, a flagship European dealership in West London, is seeking an Accredited Master Technician to join our expert service team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility featuring a 25-ramp workshop, multistory car park, indoor used car showroom, and a collection of rare and classic vehicles.

As a Master Technician, you will:

Apply your technical expertise to diagnose and solve complex vehicle issues across Volkswagen and ŠKODA models

• Lead high-quality servicing according to manufacturer guidelines
• Conduct electronic health checks (eHVC) and provide customers with clear, expert advice
• Mentor and guide apprentice and junior technicians
• Assist with tool and equipment assessments and report on workshop activity
• Contribute to process improvements and innovations across the service team

Your Profile

We are looking for a Master Technician who is:

• Level 3 qualified (or equivalent) in vehicle maintenance with experience in the VAG group
• Holder of VAG Master Technician Accreditation (required for sponsorship)
• Skilled in problem-solving with exceptional attention to detail
• Able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical customers
• Highly organised and capable of meeting strict deadlines
• For technical training and apprenticeship guidance.

Key Responsibilities
