Our clinicians deliver comprehensive respiratory and sleep care, treating conditions such as COPD, asthma, pulmonary fibrosis, pulmonary hypertension, ILD, neuromuscular respiratory disorders, chronic cough, bronchiectasis, sleep apnea, Alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency, and occupational lung disease.

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Interventional Pulmonologist to expand our advanced pulmonary services. This physician will lead diagnostic and therapeutic procedures for complex thoracic and airway diseases while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team.

Primary Responsibilities
Advanced Procedures
You will independently perform high-level diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, including:
- ION robotic bronchoscopy with CBCT integration
- Linear and radial EBUS
- Airway dilation and stent placement
- Cryotherapy and Argon Plasma Coagulation (APC)
- Thoracentesis and tunneled pleural catheter placement
- Percutaneous tracheostomy
Clinical & Collaborative Care
- Manage patients with complex pulmonary, airway, and pleural conditions
- Work closely with thoracic surgeons, oncologists, and other subspecialists
- Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and case conferences
- Provide patient and family education regarding procedures and long-term care plans
- Contribute to research efforts, program development, and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- MD or DO, board-certified in Pulmonary Medicine
- Interventional Pulmonology fellowship desirable (not mandatory)
- Eligible for a Texas medical license
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Excellent procedural skills and strong dedication to patient-centered care
