Job Description
What the Role Involves
Join the Deloitte Extended Enterprise team, where we partner with organisations to optimise and govern their external networks – including suppliers, distributors, franchisees, and partner ecosystems. Your work will span:
Third‑Party Management: developing advisory frameworks, implementing governance and monitoring systems, and introducing tech‑enabled solutions to streamline partner operations and supply chains.
Compliance & Verification: undertaking independent checks of data exchanged with external entities and ensuring frameworks work in practice.
Software‑Driven Solutions: engaging with people, process and data aspects to support clients’ software asset management strategies — mitigating risk, unlocking revenue, and aligning software / licensing strategy with business goals.
Export & Trade Controls: advising on international trade rules, helping clients comply with regulatory regimes.
Due Diligence: carrying out evaluations of prospective or existing partners to assess risk, strategy and alignment.
In this role, you’ll gain exposure to risk management, compliance frameworks, supply‑chain resilience, technology enablement, and international business dynamics.
Your Typical Duties
- From day one, you’ll be embedded on client‑facing engagements, and may:
- Build compelling presentations to communicate insights and recommendations.
- Support project‑management tasks: scheduling meetings, capturing minutes, tracking deliverables and preparing materials.
- Engage with clients to understand business needs and co‑create solutions.
- Analyse and organise data, develop reports and help interpret findings.
- Review and research contracts, policies and partner documents.
Participate in broader firm life – social events, people‑strategy initiatives, graduate induction and supporting practice‑management activities.
Who You Are & What You Bring
Academic Requirements:
You must either hold, or be on track to achieve, a minimum 2:1 in any degree discipline by September 2026 for the Autumn intake.
Eligible to work in the UK (visa sponsorship may be considered subject to role).
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong analytical ability and curiosity to solve complex problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication — ability to convey insights clearly.
- Comfortable working in dynamic teams and building relationships with clients.
- Organised; able to track tasks, deadlines and follow project workflows efficiently.
- Interest in risk, compliance, technology or international business is a plus.
Where You’ll Work & How We Support You
You’ll operate in a hybrid working model: combining office location in London, occasional client‑site visits and remote work. Face‑to‑face sessions (such as the assessment and induction phases) are important to build relationships and network across the firm.
We recognise the value of flexibility and inclusion: our workspaces are accessible, and if you need additional support (e.g., for health or caring responsibilities) we’ll work with you to accommodate.
Professional Development & Career Growth
In your first weeks you’ll undergo a structured training programme covering the core competencies of the team. You will have access to a wide library of learning modules and will be integrated into client work early. Over time you will build your own professional toolkit — handling confidential data, delivering quality outcomes, and owning client relationships.
Why Join Us?
- Be part of a global‑leading consulting firm working on challenging and high‑impact engagements.
- Work in an environment where your ideas matter, and your contributions influence client strategy and real‑world outcomes.
- Benefit from tailored support, excellent development opportunities and the chance to build a strong career from graduate level.
- Join a firm committed to diversity, wellbeing and inclusive culture.
