About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive donor stewardship framework that ensures all donors are appropriately thanked, recognized, and kept informed about the impact of their contributions.

This role involves understanding and coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure the framework functions smoothly. The Stewardship Manager will provide guidance on donor relations policies, focusing particularly on talent scholarships, managing the tracking and recognition of high-value gifts, overseeing donor engagement activities, and collaborating with colleagues to create impactful communications and content for donors.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position to cover maternity leave for up to 12 months, or until the permanent post-holder returns.
