Operations Manager – Learning Environment Support Services
Location: Teesside University

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to take on a vital student- and customer-facing role within our Learning Environment Support Service team.

In this dynamic role, you will oversee the smooth delivery of key university operations, including:

Coordinating and delivering graduation ceremonies

Managing the planning and execution of university examinations

Overseeing essential services such as reprographics, room bookings, mail, and reception

We’re seeking a hands-on professional with a strong “can-do” attitude—someone who is solution-focused, highly organized, and thrives in a busy, high-impact environment.

What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you must have:

Proven experience in personnel and financial management

A commitment to high-quality customer service

Ideally, prior experience with graduation, exams, or related university support services

Visa Sponsorship
This role may be eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship, subject to UKVI salary threshold requirements.
