About the Role

We are seeking a Global Product Manager to join our Automation and Integration team. This strategic position will involve collaborating across various departments and overseeing a range of responsibilities, including using market insights and user feedback to create a subscription service that, alongside our products, helps customers reduce errors, minimize waste, and simplify their processes.

You will play a key role throughout the product lifecycle—from ideation and development to launch and continuous improvement. In addition, you will provide leadership in marketing, sales support, product training, and product market analysis. This is a cross-functional role, where you will work closely with teams in engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

As Product Manager, you will:

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer insights, market trends, and business requirements.
• Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes by evaluating business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
• Analyze product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and inform future iterations.
• Lead product adoption, retention, and growth through effective go-to-market strategies.
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to spot new opportunities for innovation.

About You

The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, results-driven, and eager to meet both business and roadmap commitments. You should feel comfortable engaging with both technical teams and customers. Experience in industrial manufacturing and industrial control software is highly desirable.

You will also have the following skills and experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Product Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in product management, ideally in software services or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, agile methodologies, and product lifecycle management.
• Track record of managing complex products, prioritizing effectively, and delivering results on time and within budget.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
• Experience in developing SaaS concepts, strategies, and solutions for both on-prem and cloud services.
