We’re currently seeking a passionate Nurse to join our client’s team at a well-established nursing home in Saltcoats, Ayrshire. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
  • Monitor and record residents’ vital signs with attention to detail
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care
  • Conduct regular assessments of residents’ health and well-being
  • Ensure adherence to infection control and safety procedures
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Mentor and support junior team members

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active NMC registration with a valid PIN
  • Current employment as a Nurse in a UK nursing home
  • Solid experience in elderly care or similar settings
  • Strong clinical skills and up-to-date knowledge of nursing practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A kind, patient-focused, and compassionate approach
  • Eligibility for Tier 2 sponsorship
