About the Role

We are seeking a Global Product Manager to join our Automation and Integration team. This is a unique opportunity to shape how our customers interact with and experience our products and brand. In this strategic role, you will collaborate across multiple departments, driving initiatives that optimize user flows and create visually appealing UX/UI designs that boost conversion, retention, and advocacy. You’ll be integral to improving customer experience, engagement, and satisfaction by ensuring a consistent and enhanced UX/UI across all products.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with market-facing and product teams to identify priority market needs.

Develop data-driven UX/UI product strategies, roadmaps, and backlogs for all product ranges, guiding the strategic vision for best-in-class UX/UI within our markets.

Align with the global Group Products & Services strategies, working closely with Product Directors, Product Managers, and Programme Managers to implement user-centered development across all new products and services.

Lead UX engagement with Product Owners and other stakeholders to define problems, prioritize design efforts, gather feedback, and craft high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.

Develop Go-to-Market strategies and execute product launches in collaboration with regional sales organizations and marketing teams.

About You

We are looking for motivated and talented individuals who have the following experience and skills:

A portfolio showcasing successful UX projects for both enterprise and consumer applications.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Experience in Product, Business, or Commercial Management within a B2B environment.

Excellent leadership, team management, collaboration, and communication skills.

A customer-centric mindset, with a data-driven approach to creating intuitive, user-friendly solutions.
