Responsibilities:

Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing

Assist with mobility and transferring clients

Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed

Administer medication and monitor health conditions

Assist with light housekeeping and laundry

Offer companionship and emotional support

Follow care plans and document client progress

Maintain confidentiality and respect client dignity

Requirements:

Previous experience in home care or healthcare is preferred, but not required

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Empathy, patience, and a caring nature

A valid driver’s license

A background check may be required
