About the Role:

As part of the new RESILIENCE Centre of Excellence for UK Medicines Manufacturing Skills, funded by Innovate UK and the Office for Life Sciences, we are looking for two new trainers to join the NHC team. The Centre, in collaboration with University College London, University of Birmingham, Heriot-Watt University, and Britest, will deliver training and outreach programs to meet the skills demands of the life sciences sector. It will also collaborate with healthcare and pharmaceutical organisations to offer a single-entry point for career development, including a suite of continuing professional development courses.

In this role, you will work collaboratively to deliver high-quality training and outreach materials that support the production of future medicines. With a background in molecular biology, biotechnology, analytical chemistry, or manufacturing, you will contribute to skills training across the entire careers pipeline for industry, academia, and the NHS. You will also promote best practices and cutting-edge approaches in training delivery, including in-person technical training, as well as virtual and mixed reality (VR/MR) solutions, to drive digital transformation and support net-zero practices.
