JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced quality manager to drive continuous quality improvement in teaching and learning at Henley Business School, one of the UK’s largest and highest-ranked business schools and a leading provider of apprenticeship programmes.
Working as part of a dynamic team, you will be particularly focused on two business-critical areas: making a significant contribution to Henley’s approach to being a highly rated Ofsted provider by implementing our Apprenticeship quality assurance and improvement framework, and managing our Assurance of Learning processes to ensure that Henley continues to meet the accreditation requirements of the AACSB, our US accrediting body.
You’ll have:
● Knowledge of apprenticeship-related regulations and frameworks;
● Understanding of the broad standards for international business education accreditation.
● Ability to organise, coordinate, and prioritise complex numerous workstreams of activities;
● Experience with quality assurance and continual improvement in teaching and learning.
● Excellent attention to detail.
● Effective communication abilities include the capacity to assess, manage, and deliver data/management information effectively to a variety of audiences; and
● A business attitude, with a knowledge of the importance of external client relationships.
