Job Purpose:
The Technical Services Engineer (TSE) plays a key role in shaping, maintaining, and delivering technical support services for teaching, research, and other activities within the School of Computing, Engineering, and Intelligent Systems (SCEIS).
SCEIS is home to an array of specialized computer science and engineering labs that support both education and research. In this role, you’ll lead targeted technical service projects, applying your deep technical expertise to enhance teaching, learning, and research outcomes. The TSE will take initiative, juggle multiple priorities across various projects, and guide a technical support team to ensure high-quality, professional results. Collaboration is central to this position, as you’ll work closely with students, faculty, researchers, and external service providers.
