Job Title: Project Manager – Estates Services
Department: Estates Services
Grade: 8 (£47,874 – £56,954 per annum)
Reports to: Head of Planning & Development, Estates Services
Location: Belfast
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Job Purpose:

The Project Manager will oversee a diverse range of construction-related projects, managing them from initiation to completion and occupation. The role ensures that each project aligns with the objectives of the University, Faculty, Department, and Estates, while being delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Additionally, the role includes the management and integration of non-construction projects into the existing University Estate.

The University may establish a 12-month waiting list for similar roles within the Department or Faculty. This list may be extended across the University if necessary for specific positions.
