Job Description
Join Our Team at Teesside University: Organisational Development and Learning Opportunities
As part of your application, please clearly indicate which role you would like to be considered for by specifying either ODL Manager or ODL Trainer. This will allow us to assess your application in line with your preferences. We strongly encourage you to review the relevant job description and person specification to tailor your application to the role you are applying for.
At Teesside University, we believe that effective learning and development is a vital investment in our people—key to achieving success at individual, team, directorate, and institutional levels. Our Organisational Development and Learning (ODL) team is committed to delivering flexible and impactful services that support the growth of our staff in areas such as professional expertise, confidence, skills, behaviours, and knowledge.
We are now looking to expand our team with either an ODL Manager or an ODL Trainer who shares our passion for learning and development.
About You
We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in organisational development and learning, particularly with experience in blended and online delivery.
You will hold a degree (or equivalent qualification) or have substantial relevant experience.
For the ODL Manager role, membership of CIPD or a relevant professional body is essential.
You will bring significant experience in delivering, designing, evaluating, and leading a wide range of learning and development activities and initiatives across diverse organisational settings.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality advice and guidance on organisational learning, development, and change.
