Role Summary
We are seeking ambitious, results-oriented Sales Managers to lead our regional sales efforts across major UK cities. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving growth through community engagement, local partnerships, and offline marketing, particularly within Chinese communities, universities, and key tourist hotspots.
You will manage regional teams, develop strategic initiatives, and play a key part in shaping our local market presence as we expand the Trip2EU brand across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a regional sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Design and implement regional sales strategies in alignment with national business goals.
- Coordinate offline promotional activities in key locations such as Chinese communities, universities, Chinatowns, and local businesses.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Chinese merchants, educational institutions, travel agents, and student groups.
- Train, support, and inspire local sales staff and brand promoters to optimise performance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage digital engagement through regional WeChat groups and other social media platforms.
- Monitor regional sales performance, generate reports, and refine strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure campaign alignment and market responsiveness.
Candidate Profile
We’re looking for proactive, culturally aware professionals with a strong understanding of the UK’s Chinese community and a passion for tourism and customer service.
Essential Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, team leadership, or business development, preferably within tourism, education, or Chinese community services.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Well-connected within local Chinese communities, universities, or student associations.
- Willingness to travel within your region and occasionally across the UK.
- Legal right to work in the UK or eligible for UK work visa sponsorship.
