Your Responsibilities:

As a Hearing Aid Audiologist, you’ll report directly to your Area Manager and deliver a world-class hearing care experience for every client.

Your key duties will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive hearing assessments and advising clients on personalised solutions
  • Delivering post-fitting care in line with Amplifon’s dedicated aftercare programme
  • Managing the clinic alongside a Customer Care Coordinator
  • Leading by example to uphold exceptional service and professional standards
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients, community stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Ensuring compliance with both internal protocols and HCPC standards
  • Maintaining an efficient and commercially viable clinic schedule
  • Meeting or exceeding KPIs, and proactively addressing areas for improvement

What We’re Looking For:

  • Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser (HCPC) – this is essential
  • Passion for exceptional customer service
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • High level of computer literacy and numerical skill
  • Excellent communication, judgment, and problem-solving ability
  • Organised, driven, and action-oriented
  • Ability to travel as required within your region

Desirable:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Proven experience in a commercially focused audiology role
