Full-time (up to 36.5 hours per week, 1.0 FTE). Flexible working arrangements may be considered, subject to business needs.
Salary:
Grade 6, starting from £34,132 to £38,249 per annum (pro rata for part-time roles).

The Role
We are seeking a motivated and skilled professional to join the Platforms Team – Core. This dynamic team provides second and third-line support for a range of critical enterprise applications used across the University, including systems for HR & Payroll, Finance, ITSM, Integrations, and Oracle-based tools (Zellis, Unit4, Ivanti, Dell Boomi, Oracle Web Forms), among others.
You will be responsible for supporting end users, resolving incidents, handling service requests, and addressing problems in a timely manner. You will collaborate closely with Software Administrators within the team and work with colleagues across IT Services and other University departments.
This position plays a key role in monitoring system performance, collecting user feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and enhancing user experience. It also contributes to ongoing security, compliance efforts, and legacy software consolidation initiatives.
