Position: Specialist Continental Chef de Partie
Employer: Fine Dining Restaurant
Location: Oban, Scotland
Salary: £32,000 OTE (including share of service charge + targeted bonus)
Working Hours: 48 hours per week, 5 days

Role Overview:
In this position, you’ll create complex, high-quality Continental dishes that align with the restaurant’s unique regional menu. You will oversee kitchen operations, train and mentor junior kitchen staff, and maintain the restaurant’s exceptional culinary standards.
Key Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Proven experience in preparing authentic Continental dishes
- Strong technical knowledge of ingredient sourcing, quality, and measurement
- At least 3 years of experience in a Chef de Partie role, plus 5 years of prior experience in progressively senior kitchen positions
- Health & Safety certification and knowledge of HACCP protocols
- Located within a one-hour commute of Oban
