About the Role
This post focuses on delivering our pre-registration nursing programmes, including the BSc and apprenticeship routes. You’ll teach a range of core subjects with a flexible approach and play a key role in promoting academic enquiry and critical thinking. Through evidence-based practice, you’ll help students integrate theory with clinical application. Responsibilities include leading modules, assessing students, supervising projects, and designing effective, practice-informed teaching sessions.

  • Annual salary progression up to £54,395 for Senior Lecturers and £41,732 for Lecturers

Salary Update (from 1 July 2025):

Lecturer: £38,249 – £42,882 (with potential progression to £46,735)

Senior Lecturer: £44,128 – £55,755 (with potential progression to £60,907), subject to performance and university reward scheme
