Business Development Executive – Oman & Surrounding Regions
We are a UK-based recruitment agency headquartered in London, with operations across Europe and South Africa. Our parent company, CARE2 TRAINING RECRUITMENT OÜ, is registered in Estonia and Bulgaria, enabling us to provide both skilled and unskilled workforce solutions across a wide range of industries.
As part of our strategic growth plan, we are looking to expand into Oman and neighbouring Asian markets. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to lead this expansion and establish strong partnerships with local businesses requiring recruitment support.
This role is pivotal to our mission of connecting employers with the right talent while identifying potential investment and collaboration opportunities in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industries in Oman and surrounding regions.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with local businesses, understanding their workforce needs and offering customised recruitment solutions.
Develop and execute effective business development strategies to drive growth in the region.
Collaborate closely with our UK headquarters to align strategies and ensure seamless coordination across teams.
Negotiate and finalise contracts and service agreements with new partners.
Monitor market trends, challenges, and emerging opportunities, providing regular reports and insights to the leadership team.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field—ideally within the recruitment or staffing sector.
In-depth understanding of the Oman business environment and labour market dynamics.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively identify new business opportunities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with local labour laws and employment regulations is an advantage.
