We are searching for a motivated and proactive individual to lead our waking night Support staff.

As Team Leader, you will support and mentor the staff team in providing both care and domestic duties to a high standard, as well as taking responsibility for the overall safety of the service users throughout the shift, which includes nightly checks, personal care, medication administration, and record keeping.
