JOB SUMMARY

Our client, a manufacturer in Ross-Shire, is looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join their team.

As an engineer, your responsibilities will include:

Responding to, diagnosing and correcting equipment malfunctions.
Carry out preventative maintenance on equipment and plant according to corporate procedures.
Follow and build on the company’s Health and Safety

Manage stock of crucial spare parts and reorder spare components as needed.
Assist with the installation of new equipment/plant.
Carry out site security and garden upkeep
Maintain and monitor the site wastewater treatment installation.
Liaise with external contractors about repairs and installations.

Experience working as an engineer in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
Be multi-skilled, with a recognised engineering qualification such as ONC, HNC, or HND, and electrical bias.
Hold 18th Edition.
Knowledge of plumbing.
Expert in electrical engineering.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplace.
Flexibility of working shifts
Working hours would be Monday through Friday (weekends as needed), beginning at 08:00 and ending at 1600, with some flexibility required (about 40 hours per week).
