Primary roles and responsibilities.
Kronospan offers exciting opportunities for Electrical Maintenance Technicians to join our fast expanding engineering team in Chirk, North Wales.
These are full-time, permanent roles with wages of up to £45,000 per year on days and £52,000+ on shifts, including shift allowance, overtime, and bonuses.
Kronospan can also provide Relocation Assistance (up to £8000), Home Office Employer Sponsorship, and Financial Support for VISA applications.
Day Electrical Technician Hours: Monday to Friday 0800 – 1630, or Monday to Friday 0700 – 1700, four days a week.
Shift Electrical Technician Hours: Full Continental 4 on 4 off (06.00 – 18.00 and 18.00 – 06.00).
The Electrical Technician’s Role:
– Offering front-line maintenance support to a specific section of our industry-leading plant.
– Implement continuous improvement projects.
– Bring new ideas – might we do this better?
– Significant engagement in planned preventative and reactive maintenance.

Requirements
– You will be trained to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
– As a ‘hands-on’ individual, you will be positive and have a ‘can-do’ attitude towards your work.
