A Day in the Life of a Night Manager at Aloft Liverpool
What you will do…
Your working day, as reported to the Front Office Manager, will likely involve the following.
- Oversee hotel operations at night to ensure client happiness, safety, and security.
- Conduct nightly audit procedures to balance daily transactions and create reports for management, verifying that billing and accounting procedures are correct.
- Effectively supervise night crew and give training to provide high-quality client service.
- Work with the Front Office Manager to manage employee performance.
What We Need from You

- To succeed as a Night Manager, you will need the following attributes and talents.
- Previous experience in hotel operations, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Excellent customer service abilities, including the ability to handle client enquiries and complaints effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work freely and make decisions in a fast-paced setting.
- Understanding of Opera and basic accounting principles.
