What does this team do?
In our Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) division, we help clients optimise their use of technology to enhance every aspect of their organisation. We collaborate with senior leaders to drive transformation through digital innovation, focusing on finance, supply chain, and IT. As organisations become increasingly dependent on technology, we guide them in modernising their systems by implementing cutting-edge cloud-based platforms and driving efficiency through digital solutions.

Our work involves partnering with some of the world’s largest organisations, assisting their executives in improving financial performance, accelerating innovation, and achieving sustainability and inclusion goals. We lead large-scale technology transformations that support our clients in achieving their strategic objectives while making a positive societal impact.

What skills and qualifications do I need?

To apply, you must have or be working towards a minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline and be set to graduate by September 2025 for the Autumn intake.

What kind of work will I do?

As a Graduate in the Enterprise Technology & Performance team, you’ll be involved in large-scale technology projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with client teams to understand their needs and convert these into technical requirements.

Supporting the design and implementation of technology solutions across finance, supply chain, and IT platforms.

Contributing to the creation of key documentation and presentation materials for clients.

Learning how to engage with clients to solve complex problems, using Deloitte’s methodologies.

Exploring how various technologies power business operations and which systems are optimal for different business needs.

Working alongside Deloitte experts and gaining hands-on experience in key technological and strategic areas.

Throughout your time, you’ll collaborate with teams across various fields and gain insight into how we work with top global organisations.
