Location: Sandfields Care Home, Cheltenham
Position: Full-Time | Care Home Based

Are you a driven sales and business development professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences? We have an exciting opportunity at Sandfields Care Home for a Customer Relations Manager who thrives on achieving results, building strong community connections, and making a genuine impact.

In this key role, you’ll be the face of Sandfields—developing relationships, promoting the home through events and PR, and guiding families through their care journey with empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive resident occupancy and optimise average weekly fees.

Build visibility of Sandfields through local networking, events, sponsorships, and public relations.

Provide accurate and reassuring information to prospective residents and their families about our services, facilities, and pricing.

Track and analyse competitor activity to identify new market opportunities.

Collaborate closely with the Home Manager and department heads to ensure seamless service delivery.

Prepare and submit timely, accurate reports.

Flexibility to attend evening and weekend events as needed.

Proven experience in consultative sales or business development.
