JOB SUMMARY

 

Job Description: Broiler Poultry Farm Worker.
Grill Poultry Worker, Gainsborough

We are looking for experienced Broiler Poultry Farm Workers to maintain the health and quality of our broiler birds and deliver high-quality poultry to our clients. The work include daily monitoring and care of broiler chickens, guaranteeing their health and growth in accordance with standards, adhering to strict safety and bio-security protocols, and maintaining farm cleanliness.
Flexible ending hours are required to accomplish daily farming targets. Monitoring feed and water systems, doing frequent health checks, maintaining inventory, and collaborating with a team to meet daily goals are all part of the job. Furthermore, feedback for continual improvement of farming techniques and overall efficiency is expected.
The Candidates:

  • Ability to ensure the health and optimal growth of grill chickens.
  • Punctuality and reliability are critical in ensuring that our activities run properly.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and handle hens carefully.
  • They thrive in a collaborative workplace and are always willing to provide a help.
