We are searching for a dedicated Demi Chef De Partie to join our fantastic team at the London Marriott Hotel Kensington.

You hold yourself to a higher culinary level, and your attention to detail is what keeps our guests coming back. Working with a committed team of professionals, you will learn something new every day as you prepare new seasonal cuisines and innovative presentations. When customers rave about a dish you helped prepare and are eager to return, your efforts are rewarded.

What will you do?

You will assist the senior chef team in managing and training junior chefs, as well as helping to design new recipes. You must be an expert in all areas of the kitchen, able to provide high-quality dishes to a specification, and have a real enthusiasm for cooking.
