We’re currently looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Account Manager to join our Apple News Ad Sales team. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end execution of premium ad campaigns—partnering with Sales to shape media plans, and collaborating across internal teams to ensure flawless delivery. Key Responsibilities
As an Account Manager, you will:
- Collaborate with Sales to understand client objectives and develop strategic media plans that deliver results
- Build detailed media plans and contribute to RFP responses, including campaign packaging, pricing, and targeting strategies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal) to set up and launch campaigns seamlessly
- Serve as a key liaison with clients and media agencies to manage insertion orders, collect creative assets, and ensure all deliverables meet deadlines
- Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, and performance—proactively resolving issues to ensure goals are met
- Provide real-time reporting, post-campaign analysis, and actionable insights to internal stakeholders and external partners
- Deliver white-glove service to clients and agencies, acting as the day-to-day point of contact throughout the campaign lifecycle
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising or media account management, with a focus on brand-led campaigns
- Strong client-facing background, with experience managing relationships with media agencies and advertisers
- Proficiency in media planning and ad operations systems (e.g. Salesforce, OperativeOne, Freewheel, or similar platforms)
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with a customer-focused mindset

- A proactive, solutions-driven attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with display and video advertising best practices
- Proven success in cross-functional collaboration and campaign execution
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to optimize performance and identify upsell opportunities
