Job Description

Job Title: Technical Records Coordinator – On Wing Support

Position Overview:

The Technical Records Coordinator for On Wing Support is the primary point of contact for coordinating with the engine maintenance team, ensuring all required data and documentation are available as needed when paperwork is issued to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate technical documentation into a format that meets customer expectations.
  • Translate customer requirements into a comprehensive documentation package, delivered after a work order is processed.
  • Audit technical record packs for completeness, ensuring no missing documents or data.
  • Organize and manage the final data set, ensuring it’s available for customer review.
  • Address customer issues related to technical documentation, reporting them back to the site Quality team for review and necessary adjustments.
  • Assist in the archiving and storage of completed work packs.
  • Provide historical records for customer teams upon request, for past work orders.
  • Coordinate in-process shop reports as required by the customer.
  • Support data collection on common errors and collaborate with production and quality departments to improve documentation standards.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience working with technical records.
  • Aviation experience is a plus.
