Sitting within the in-house Strategy & Consulting team, this hybrid role combines analytical depth with real commercial influence — giving you direct exposure to senior leaders and high-impact, long-term projects.

 About the Opportunity
You’ll act as a trusted strategy partner to leadership across the UK & Ireland business, helping deliver major initiatives aligned with a multi-year growth plan. Expect a blend of data analysis, benchmarking, stakeholder engagement, and translating complexity into actionable recommendations.

 What You’ll Be Responsible For
Strategic Direction & Growth Planning
- Identify priority markets, segments, and demand opportunities
- Define winning approaches across innovation, communication, pricing, and channel strategy
- Support long-term decision making through structured analysis
High-Impact Consulting Projects
- Evaluate brand performance and growth opportunities
- Develop channel and customer strategies
- Benchmark operational or value initiatives
- Present concise, insight-driven recommendations to leadership
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Engage senior stakeholders through interviews and workshops
- Translate complex or imperfect datasets into clear conclusions
- Build alignment across commercial, finance, and operations teams
 What You Bring
- Proven experience in strategy — ideally consultancy or FMCG in-house strategy work
- Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with ambiguous data
- Ability to distil complexity into simple, persuasive narratives
- Confidence presenting to senior decision makers
- Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
 Working Pattern & Location
Hybrid working model with flexibility built in. The primary base is London, with access to collaborative office space at The Shard in London.
