Sitting within the in-house Strategy & Consulting team, this hybrid role combines analytical depth with real commercial influence — giving you direct exposure to senior leaders and high-impact, long-term projects.

 About the Opportunity

You’ll act as a trusted strategy partner to leadership across the UK & Ireland business, helping deliver major initiatives aligned with a multi-year growth plan. Expect a blend of data analysis, benchmarking, stakeholder engagement, and translating complexity into actionable recommendations.

 What You’ll Be Responsible For

Strategic Direction & Growth Planning

• Identify priority markets, segments, and demand opportunities
• Define winning approaches across innovation, communication, pricing, and channel strategy
• Support long-term decision making through structured analysis

High-Impact Consulting Projects

• Evaluate brand performance and growth opportunities
• Develop channel and customer strategies
• Benchmark operational or value initiatives
• Present concise, insight-driven recommendations to leadership

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Engage senior stakeholders through interviews and workshops
• Translate complex or imperfect datasets into clear conclusions
• Build alignment across commercial, finance, and operations teams

 What You Bring

• Proven experience in strategy — ideally consultancy or FMCG in-house strategy work
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with ambiguous data
• Ability to distil complexity into simple, persuasive narratives
• Confidence presenting to senior decision makers
• Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder skills
• Bachelor’s degree or higher

 Working Pattern & Location

Hybrid working model with flexibility built in. The primary base is London, with access to collaborative office space at The Shard in London.
