Role Overview

Kraft Heinz is looking for an experienced Strategy Manager to join its UK & Ireland business as part of the in-house Strategy & Consulting team. Reporting to the Head of Strategy and Revenue Growth, this role is focused on delivering high-impact strategic projects that support the company’s three-year growth agenda.

You’ll operate at the centre of decision-making, working closely with senior leaders across the UKI and European business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys turning complex business challenges into clear, practical direction that shapes long-term performance.

The role follows a hybrid working model based in London, offering both flexibility and strong exposure to stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Driving Strategic Direction

  • You will help define where the UKI business should focus its efforts by:
  • Identifying priority consumer segments, channels, and growth opportunities
  • Assessing competitive positioning through market and benchmark analysis
  • Translating insights into clear strategic recommendations for leadership

Delivering High-Impact Projects

As an internal strategy partner, you’ll lead and support initiatives such as:

  • Brand performance reviews and growth planning
  • Foodservice and “Away From Home” channel strategy
  • Revenue growth and value engineering assessments
  • Cross-functional transformation or commercial optimisation projects

This work typically involves analysing multiple data sources, conducting stakeholder interviews, and presenting concise, executive-ready insights.

Influencing Senior Stakeholders

You’ll collaborate closely with senior leaders, helping simplify complex business questions and guiding decision-making through clear, structured thinking.

Skills and Experience

Essential background

  • Proven experience in strategy (typically around 3+ years in consultancy or 5+ years in an in-house strategy role)
  • Previous exposure within a leading strategy consultancy or FMCG environment
  • Strong analytical capability and confidence working with incomplete or ambiguous data
  • Ability to convert complex analysis into simple, persuasive recommendations
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders and leading structured discussions
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
