About the Opportunity

Kraft Heinz is looking for an experienced Strategy Manager to help shape the future of our UK & Ireland business. This role sits within our UKI Strategy & Revenue Growth function and is part of our in-house Strategy & Consulting team, reporting directly to the Head of Strategy and Revenue Growth.

You’ll take ownership of high-impact strategic initiatives that support our three-year growth plan, working closely with senior leaders across the UKI and European organisations. This is a highly visible role with real influence — ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, turning data into insight, and helping leadership make confident, long-term decisions.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Acting as a Strategic Partner to Leadership

  • Support the UKI and European Leadership Teams as a trusted advisor on business strategy
  • Translate complex challenges into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Lead structured problem-solving using data analysis, market benchmarking, and stakeholder interviews
  • Shaping the UKI Growth Strategy
  • You’ll help define both where we compete and how we win, including:
  • Identifying priority consumer segments, channels, and demand spaces

Defining the initiatives that drive growth across innovation, brand communication, pricing, revenue growth management, channel execution, and value engineering

Delivering High-Impact Strategic Projects

As an internal consultant, you’ll lead and contribute to projects across the business, with a strong focus on growth and value creation. Typical projects may include:

  • Brand strategy: performance assessment, opportunity sizing, and strategic prioritisation
  • Foodservice / Away-From-Home strategy: identifying priority customers and routes to win
  • Value engineering: benchmarking and margin improvement opportunities

You’ll collaborate closely with commercial, marketing, finance, and operations teams, building strong cross-functional relationships while keeping a long-term, enterprise-wide perspective.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in strategy-focused roles
  • Typically 3+ years in strategy consulting or 5+ years in an in-house strategy role
  • Background in a top-tier strategy consultancy or FMCG strategy function (essential)
  • Strong analytical capability and confidence working with large, imperfect data sets
  • Ability to simplify complex problems into clear, compelling narratives
  • Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and synthesising insights
  • Comfortable presenting to, and influencing, senior leaders
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
